Kristie Guyer
General Manager
A Central PA native and Penn State graduate with 20+ years in private club leadership, Kristie honed her craft at Hershey Country Club before leading a successful turnaround at Lebanon Country Club. Known for building high-performing teams that balance genuine warmth with operational discipline, she is focused on elevating every aspect of the Carlisle experience.

Zach Hamilton, PGA
Director of Golf
A graduate of NC State's PGA Golf Management program with experience at Ballyhack Golf Club, Hidden Creek Golf Club, and other respected clubs nationwide. Zach is passionate about making the game welcoming to all levels and takes pride in a golf program that is approachable, well-run, and true to the spirit of the game.

Steve Swartz, PGA
Player Development Professional
A four-time Central Counties Chapter PGA winner and eleven-time Chapter Player of the Year, Steve led Carlisle's team to victory at the 2024 Bedford Springs Pro-Am. Known for clear, encouraging instruction, he leads programs like Operation 36 that make the game more approachable and rewarding for members and families of all ages.

Nicole Zumpano
Director of Food & Beverage
With experience as Director of Food & Beverage at Eagles Nest Country Club and Heritage Golf Club, Nicole excels at creating consistent, member-focused experiences — from casual everyday dining to polished special events. Her strengths lie in building the warm, well-run atmosphere that keeps members engaged and coming back.

Hannah Bigler
Membership & Marketing Director
A Penn State graduate who drives membership growth, event business, and brand awareness with a relationship-first approach. Hannah connects prospective members and guests to what makes Carlisle genuinely special — its century-old tradition, tight-knit community, and the energy of its next chapter.

Chef Dan Gorman
Executive Chef
With 24 years of culinary experience — 12 of them in golf clubs including Heritage & Scioto in Columbus and Teton Pines in Wyoming — Chef Dan brings serious club dining credentials to Carlisle. He previously served as Head Chef at Flat Creek Ranch in Jackson, Wyoming.

Kathlyn Baker
Office Manager
With more than five years in her current role and club involvement dating back to 2006, Kathlyn brings deep institutional knowledge and a steady presence to Carlisle's daily operations. Her organization, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to members and staff alike make her an essential part of the team.

Matt Hopper
Director of Agronomy
A Penn State turfgrass graduate with 30+ years in the industry — including time at Congressional Country Club, Double Eagle Club, and Saucon Valley — Matt leads the maintenance team in delivering the consistent playing conditions that define the daily golf experience at Carlisle.

Phil Owenby
Strategic Advisor
A Virginia Golf Hall of Fame inductee with 40+ years of private club leadership, Phil served 15 years as GM of Kinloch Golf Club and was Chief Development Officer of Dormie Network. A past MAPGA Golf Professional of the Year, he brings operational depth, service culture, and strategic vision to Carlisle's ownership.
Mike Bennett
Strategic Advisor
A PGA Master Professional in Ownership and Leasing, Mike helped grow Traditional Golf Management's portfolio from 7 to 21 clubs, generating more than $35 million in revenue. He also built and operated a Nicklaus Design course through his own venture. At Carlisle, he provides ownership-level guidance on operational strength, financial sustainability, and long-term positioning.
